Accessories: Marking Pins

The impact pins for marking machines are made by Tungsten carbide. We have 2 kinds of marking pin which is called the PH and LP pin. Those two pins are made for different purposed. The PH-16 have a more dots than LP pins, therefore, it looks more clear to mark on surface. Also, possible to do fast marking than LP-Pins and there`s a sound proof cap for reducing the noise. The LP pins have a long stroke than PH pin. The JEIL MTECH Co.,Ltd. has a patent of these LP-pins. This can help you to have some mark of irregular surfaces and stronger than PH. Those two Tungsten carbide pins can mark from plastic to HRC 65 strong materials. Also, a customer can grind it by them-selves once pin goes dull. Therefore, the Tungsten carbide pin can use for semi-permanent.
